Retired General Jerry Singirok has been arrested by Taskforce Shield on serious allegations of breaching the Capital Markets Act of 2015.
Facing three charges connected to his role as a Trustee and Fund Manager for the Pacific Balanced Fund, Singirok is accused of continuing in his positions despite the revocation of the capital market license due to prior misconduct.
The allegations include failing to transfer directorship and acting without proper authorization.
