So what did the Supreme Court order today?
Order 1.
a) Purported decision of 13 November 2020 to adjourn to 01 December 2020 is stayed pending hearing: and
b) Purported decision of 17 November 2020 to adjourn to 20 April 2021 is stayed pending hearing.
Order 2.
a) Applicant to file and serve documents by 12pm 01 December 2020.
b) Interveners to file and serve by 11am 2nd December 2020.
c) Written extracts of submissions by 5pm 2nd December 2020.
d) Hearing of substantive matter 9.30am 3rd December 2020.
e) All affidavits and court documents to be filed and served electronically.
The court did not stay (stop) the passing of the 2021 budget.
