One family member exclaimed, “What kind of law is this? Hospitals are meant to save lives, not turn away patients in emergencies. This is not a prison—why are the gates locked all the time?” The grieving family is calling for immediate changes, insisting that the hospital gates should remain open at all hours to ensure patients can access emergency treatment.
