Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and execute all NSL activities and events with precision and professionalism.

- Manage the merchandise and branding item inventory process, ensuring upkeep and availability.

- Engage extensively with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.

- Ensure full operational compliance and adherence to governance standards, policies, and procedures.

- Handle budgeting, tracking, and reporting for events, maintaining a keen eye on financial performance.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communication preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in event management or coordinator roles, demonstrating a track record of success.

- Proficiency in budgeting, tracking, and reporting, with excellent numerical and analytical skills.

- Strong writing, communication, and presentation abilities.

- Established relationships with event supplier representatives preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) advantageous.

- Self-reliant, highly motivated, and resilient, capable of working with minimal supervision.

- Possesses diplomacy, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
